IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

ANNOUNCEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BIDDER REGISTRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019


In accordance with the Municipal Administration Bylaw of the Municipal Commissioner Office in Chapter VIII, Part I, Section 4, the Secretary Municipal Office will receive applications of interested bidders to belong to the Bidders Registry of the Autonomous Municipality of San Juan. In addition, to maintain active bidders already in the Registry updated documents will be solicited.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY


  • CURRENT General Services (GSA) Single Registration Certificate (as per the 2011 Reorganization Plan of the Puerto Rico General Service Administration, Ch. 5, Art. 39, which states that the municipalities are required to use the Registration prior to the acquisition of non-professional goods and services)
  • Payment of an annual fee of $250.00 at the General Collections Office of the San Juan Autonomous Municipality. (Municipal Tower, 1st floor). You must submit a copy of your payment receipt at the Bidder Registration Unit (15th floor). This payment shall be made on a yearly basis. Payment options: ATM, cash, money order, credit card, certified check, or manager's check.
  • Debt Certification from the Municipal Patents Office of the San Juan Autonomous Municipality. (Municipal Tower, 1st floor). If you are not the owner of the company, you must provide an authorization letter for your application.
  • Entry application for the Bidder Registration of the San Juan Autonomous Municipality. Form provided by SJAM. The form must be filled out in legible print and be signed.
